o	Fiction Short Film (Must be 40 minutes or less): $30.
o	Documentary Feature Film (Must be at least 65 minutes but no more than 180 minutes): $40.
o	Documentary Short Film (Must be 40 minutes or less): $40.
o	Student Film (Must be 30 minutes or less): $ 20. Student Film qualifications: must give name and address of educational institution of filmmaker.
o	"Midnight Madness" Film (Must be 30 minutes or less): $35.

Producers Terms and Conditions

Entry forms must be filled out completely and
sent with a VHS or DVD copy of submitted film.
Films submitted will not be officially accepted
until all entries are received
by the deadline date of August 15, 2009.
All entry fees are non-refundable.
Finalists will be announced on September 5, 2009.
